No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase has been completed and access to digital materials has been granted.

Digital Products

The Personal Brand Clarity system and all related materials are digital products. Once you have received access to your purchase, no refunds will be issued. This is because:

• Digital content cannot be returned or restocked
• Once accessed, the materials are delivered and cannot be undelivered
• All sales are non-refundable by nature of the digital product

Lifetime Access and Future Updates

When you purchase the Personal Brand Clarity Guide, you receive permanent access to the materials you purchased. This lifetime access explicitly includes, at no additional cost:

• All future revisions, corrections, and added chapters to the Guide and Workbook
• The upcoming interactive reading experience, once it becomes available
• Any future tools, frameworks, or materials explicitly added to the Personal Brand Clarity Guide product

As the Guide expands over time, the price for new buyers may increase. Your one-time payment locks in today's price for everything that ever becomes part of the Personal Brand Clarity Guide — you will never be asked to pay more to access expanded versions of the same product. Separately-sold future products (such as standalone courses or one-on-one programs) are not included under this guarantee.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased materials, please contact us for support. We will work to resolve any access issues at no additional cost. However, technical issues do not qualify for refunds under this policy.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately. All payment disputes are handled through Stripe's dispute resolution process. We reserve the right to provide documentation of the transaction.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued purchase after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
