Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing the Personal Brand Clarity system, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We provide digital guides, workbooks, frameworks, and educational content. All purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You receive lifetime access to the materials you purchase, as described in Section 3.

3. Lifetime Access and Future Updates

When you purchase the Personal Brand Clarity Guide, your access does not expire. This includes:

• Permanent access to the Guide and Workbook you purchased, in their current form
• All future revisions, corrections, and added chapters to the Guide and Workbook, at no additional cost
• The upcoming interactive reading experience, at no additional cost, once it becomes available
• Any future tools, frameworks, or materials explicitly added to the Personal Brand Clarity Guide product, at no additional cost

“At no additional cost” means that once you have purchased the Guide, you will never be asked to pay more to access expanded versions of the same product. New, separately-sold products (e.g., future courses, one-on-one programs, or unrelated offerings) are not included under this lifetime access guarantee.

4. Launch Pricing

The Guide is currently offered at a launch price of $99 USD for the first 100 purchases. After the first 100 purchases, the price will increase to $249 USD, and may increase further as additional content, tools, and features are added to the product. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Customers who purchase at any price point receive the same lifetime access described in Section 3. Purchasing at the launch price does not grant additional content over later buyers; it only locks in a lower one-time payment for the same product and all of its future additions.

5. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, or distribute the materials to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, are the property of or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer

Our materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our framework. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our materials or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
